10. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe and unobstructed yard access
Secure aggressive pets before service
Maintain gates and fencing in working condition
Notify us of hazards (debris, pests, unsafe terrain)
If access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, the visit may be skipped and charged.
11. Scheduling
Service days may vary due to holidays, weather, or route efficiency. We reserve the right to adjust schedules as needed.
12. Payments
Payment is due according to the billing terms selected at signup. Failure to maintain valid payment may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
13. Cancellation
Customers may cancel service with reasonable notice prior to the next billing cycle. Same-day cancellations may be charged as a completed visit.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Scoop Bros is not responsible for:
Pre-existing yard damage
Pet escape due to faulty gates or fencing
Hidden hazards beneath grass, snow, or debris
Damage caused by unsecured animals
